As a general policy, all donations are non-refundable.
However, refund requests may be considered only under the following exceptional circumstances:
- A duplicate donation has been made due to a technical or payment error.
- An incorrect donation amount has been entered by the donor.
- A genuine transaction-related error has occurred.
To request a refund, the donor must send an email to hanumansewasansthan154@gmail.com with the following details:
- Donor Name
- Transaction ID / Reference Number
- Date of Donation
- Donation Amount
- Reason for the Refund Request
All refund requests will be reviewed and verified by the organization. If approved, the eligible amount will be refunded through the original mode of payment.
Approved refunds are generally processed within 30 working days from the date of approval.
The decision of PAWAN PUTRA ANJANI LAL SHRI HANUMAN JEE SEWA SANSTHAN regarding refund requests shall be final.
